Where can I check the status of my orders?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number. Additionally, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $49 USD qualify for free domestic US shipping.

This excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam). Shipping will be charged separately in case of delivering the item to excluded destinations.

Where does Nourwish ship to?

Please note that currently, we only offer shipping to customers in the USA and Hong Kong SAR. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Where do you ship from?

We ship our orders from Taxas, USA.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

It takes us 3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on where you live, shipping can take 5-14 days for you to receive your order. Delays may occur due to extreme weather.

What shipping methods does Nourwish offer?

Nourwish offers domestic ground shipping. Orders over $49 USD qualify for free domestic ground shipping.

Does Nourwish charge domestic sales tax?

Yes, domestic sales tax will be applied to your order.

RETURNS & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nourwish. If you receive an incorrect item or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return.

Please note shipping fees are non refundable. Please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, Nourwish is unable to make any changes to it, including adding or removing items, or modifying the shipping method.

If you need to cancel an order or update your shipping address, please email hello@nourwish.com with your Order Number.

While our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

I received damaged or incorrect items.

Please email us at hello@nourwish.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the incorrect or damaged items and we will send you the correct products asap.

Our products are manufactured in The USA.

When do Nourwish products expire?

After opening the product, you have six months to use the product. Please make sure the products are stored properly - properly sealed, out of high heat and direct sunlight.

Is Nourwish cruelty free?

At Nourwish, we are proud to say that all of our current products are cruelty-free, and we are committed to maintaining this standard moving forward.
